The Wedding Process

Initial Connection
Begin by submitting the inquiry form. I’ll review your date, vision, priorities, and selected services, then follow up with next steps.

Consultation Call
We’ll discuss your wedding, design needs, and the pieces you’re considering. This conversation gives me the details needed to prepare an accurate proposal.

Proposal & Booking
You’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your selected services, scope, and investment. Your date is secured once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

Vision Exploration
Once booked, we’ll refine the overall creative direction, including colors, materials, and personalized details. Design concepts and proofs are presented during this stage.

Approval & Production
After all designs, wording, dimensions, and materials are approved, 50% of the remaining project investment is due to begin production.

Final Coordination & Wedding Day
As your wedding approaches, we’ll confirm final details and coordinate delivery and installation with your venue or planner. The remaining balance is due seven days before the wedding.
On the wedding day, we’ll arrive, set everything up, and bring your vision to life. At the end of your celebration, we’ll return to collect the items, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your wedding day.
