The Wedding Process
Our collaboration begins with the inquiry form. Once submitted, I will personally review the details to understand your vision, priorities, and the services you are interested in.
If your date is available, I will follow up to schedule a consultation call.

Consultation Call
During our consultation, we’ll discuss your needs in greater detail, clarify the pieces you’re considering, and determine the level of service that best supports your wedding.
This conversation allows me to gather the information needed to prepare an accurate proposal. Custom designs and concepts are not provided during this stage.

Proposal & Booking
Following the consultation, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining the selected services, project scope, and investment.
The proposal will remain available for seven days.
Your date is officially secured once the agreement is signed and the $1,000 deposit is received.
Once your date is reserved, the creative process begins. Together, we’ll refine the overall direction for your wedding and thoughtfully determine the colors, materials, and personalized details that will connect each element.
Design concepts and proofs are created and presented in this stage.

Vision Exploration
Once the designs, materials, wording, dimensions, and all other details are finalized and approved, 50% of the project investment is due during this time to start production.

Approval & Production

Final Details & Coordination
As your wedding approaches, we will confirm all final details and coordinate the delivery and installation timeline with your venue coordinator or event planner.
The remaining 50% balance is due seven days before your wedding date.
We’ll arrive, set everything up, and bring your vision to life.
At the end of your celebration, we’ll return to collect the items, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your wedding day.
